How is this different from an off-the-shelf program I could buy?
An off-the-shelf program imposes its route on you, so you either reshape your work to fit it or work around it with side spreadsheets. This one is ready in its modules and open in its route: it gets adjusted to match your procedure. The test is practical — if you find something off the shelf that matches your route without workarounds, it's the better value, and we'll tell you so.
Is our data shared with other organisations using the system?
No. Each organisation's data is isolated and not accessible to anyone else, your database is separate and in your name, and it is handed over in full when the contract ends.
How long does it take to get running?
Shorter than building from scratch, because the modules already exist. The timeline is set out in the proposal, after a session in which we read your procedure and identify what needs adjusting.
