Questions about this service
Does AI replace the employee?
It doesn't decide in their place. It reads, classifies and summarises; the employee accepts or rejects, and the action is recorded in their name. We don't build a model that decides eligibility or releases a payment.
Does our data leave the organisation?
That is determined before building and written into the contract: what is processed inside your own infrastructure, what is sent to an external service, and what data is redacted before it is sent. None of it runs before you have approved it in writing.
Where do we start?
By measuring what recurs: a session in which we count the manual steps and how long they take, which shows what is worth automating and what isn't.
