Mobile apps, built and published to the stores

A native app for iOS and Android, designed for how a phone is actually used — and we prepare it and publish it to the stores.

When the work happens outside the office, the procedure shouldn't stop at a desktop screen. An employee needs to reach their tasks, and a beneficiary needs to reach the service — from wherever they are, on the device in their hand.

What we build

  • A native app for iOS and Android, built for each platform so it works as a real app on the phone.
  • Screens designed for the phone from the start: easy to tap, clear steps, and only as much information as the screen can hold.
  • A direct link to your system: what is recorded in the app appears in the system, and the data stays one set across both.
  • Sign-in with the user's own account and permissions: in the app they see what their permissions in the system allow.
  • Notifications that reach the user's phone when something has moved or a step needs their attention.
  • Preparing the app for the stores: the icon, the screenshots and the description — then the upload for review.

For

An organisation whose staff or beneficiaries need to reach its services and procedures from a phone — and one where a request waits because the person whose turn it is isn't at their desk.

What you get

  • A native app for iOS and Android
  • Prepared and published to the stores
  • Tied to your system — one set of data, not two copies
  • Notifications that reach the user's phone
  • Sign-in with the user's own account, carrying the permissions they hold in the system
  • App updates uploaded to both stores.

We start on paper, before the code

  1. We understand the request
  2. We study the project and document it
  3. We develop the idea
  4. We build, test and hand over
  5. We follow up and support

Questions about this service

Are follow-up and updates after handover part of the project?

It depends on the scope of the project: it may be included in the agreement, or provided under a separate support and maintenance contract; this is made clear in the proposal.

Can the app be connected to the systems the organisation already has?

It depends on the nature of those systems and the integration each of them allows. The scope of the link and its requirements are defined in the study of the project.

Can new services or features be added after the app has launched?

Yes. The app can be developed further and new features and services added, according to what the organisation needs and the scope of development agreed.

Is the app for staff or for beneficiaries?

It can be built for staff, for beneficiaries, or for both, according to the nature of the service and the procedure it will carry out.

Can one app hold more than one service?

Yes. One app can bring several services and procedures together in a single experience, organised by the user's permissions and by how it is actually used.

We work with organisations across all regions of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
